Shipping + FAQ

Shipping Information:

  • We currently offer shipping services to customers located in New Zealand only.

  • The flat rate for shipping within New Zealand is $4.00 per order.

  • Please note that heavier items, such as paintings, may incur an additional weight fee. The weight fee will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the specific item. Drop off will be avaliable for these items only.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Please make sure to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery of orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Materials

  • The “Paper” stickers are not waterproof, they’re for inside use only, otherwise the ink will run and be sad if you get them wet :(

  • The “Waterproof” stickers are drip proof, they shouldn’t be put outside (eg on cars windows), as they cant withstand bucket loads of water. These are less likey to rip or be scratched.

  • The “Vinyl” stickers are fully waterproof and can be put outside! These are long lasting :)

  • Both “Holographic” and “Sparkly” stickers are drip proof but should’t be put outside or on waterbottles.

Processing Time:

  • We strive to process and ship orders within 3 business days of receiving payment. Please allow for additional time during busy periods or holidays.

Delivery Time:

  • The estimated delivery time for orders within New Zealand is 3-5 business days. However, please note that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances.

Packaging and Handling:

  • Products are handmade and hand-packaged, please allow for some vartiety in sizes.

  • We use Recycled materials in our packaging to reduce waste.

FAQ

“My sticker is difficult to peel”

  • Make sure you are peeling the front off the back, not the back off the front! :)
